Bad customer service and slow delivery

Delivery only sent by the 7th working days but the stated delivery leadtime is 3 to 5 working days. Didn't receive any notice oh the delay in delivery at all. Contacted the customer service team via contact form twice and through Instagram once also no response. When they finally reply, they didn't make any good impression and reluctant to apologise. After sales service is bad.
