Rest of Asia* countries refer to Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, India, Laos and Cambodia.
Rest of the World** refer to countries not listed in the Rest of Asia countries such as United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and many more (refer to shipping country dropdown at checkout).
Delivery timings may be subject to delays and capacity constraints during peak seasons (eg. sale periods and Christmas/CNY periods) and pandemic-related situations (eg. COVID safe management measures).
*For all international orders (including gift orders), customs duty and/or additional taxes may be applied when the items pass through Customs inspections. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, please kindly check with the customs office of the destination country for further details on the De Minimis value or thresholds that may be liable for local duties/taxes. Such additional costs are to be borne by the buyer/recipient.
#Note: Express Shipping Orders will have priority over standard shipping orders in terms of order fulfillment sequence. Express orders will be sent via express courier providers (eg. Ninja Van, Lalamove, Fedex, DHL).
Click and Collect for Online Orders
Pick up of online orders is currently only available in Singapore at the following location:

An email will be sent to you when your package is ready for collection at your selected location.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your package is ready for you at your requested date and time, we seek your understanding that there may be delays when transferring your package to the store should the ordered item not be at the requested store, hence we would highly recommend waiting for these collection notification emails before heading to our respective stores to pick up your order.
Personalisation
Orders with personalisation will require an additional 3-5 working days for processing (may take longer during sales or festive periods), and they will be shipped out or sent to the stores for click and collect online orders after embroidery is completed.
For urgent orders, we highly recommend opting for express delivery. These rates will be shown under the shipping options at the checkout page. Orders with personalisation will be expedited under express deliveries.
Pre-orders
If your order includes pre-ordered items, kindly note that your package will only be shipped out when all purchased items are available. We aim to ship the entire package as soon as possible.
