Customise your bag by adding your child's name or initials with our personalisation service. Choose between embroidery or patches. For embroidery, we will embroider the name in Orange on the bag. For patches, colours that complement the bag will be randomly selected. Personalisation requires an additional turnaround time of around 3-5 working days, and orders will be shipped out right after personalisation is completed.
Please note that while our iron-on patches are designed for durability, they will not stay securely attached indefinitely. We do not recommend washing with iron-on patches; spot cleaning is recommended.

The colours, size, ergonomic fit / stand design are prefect for a young primary schooler. Lunch bag compatibility is a bonus. Only wish is that the small inner compartment slot pockets are on the front inner pocket instead of inside the bag - small tissues/wipes, patches and cards are more secure and easily retrievable. Additional small catches/lanyards to hook cards and air tags etc inside pockets will also be useful.
I submitted my email request on a replacement or solution when the hemmings are coming off and the side pockets are torn so easily. Yet to receive a reply till date after submitting photos as proof.
